Casting

Investment casting is an industrial manufacturing process, also called lost-wax casting. Casts can be made by using a wax pattern surrounded by refractory slurry that hardens into mold after lost-wax, and then pouring molten metal into the mold to form product.

Our investment casting facilities are located both in Taiwan and China, which are equipped with advanced production and quality control machines with capacity of 300 MTs a month, while implementing ISO9000 and TS 16949 system.

Sand casting is a manufacturing process of using a sand mold created by a pattern, and then pouring molten metal into the mold to form product.

Die casting is a manufacturing process that is characterized by forcing molten metal (Zinc, Aluminum, Copper, magnesium) under high pressure into a mold cavity. The mold cavity is created using two hardened tool steel dies which have been machined into shape and work similarly to an injection mold during the process.

Permanent Mold casting is a manufacturing process of pouring molten metal (Aluminum) into reusable molds (“permanent molds”) to form product.

Amos Industries has been producing quality components in Asia since 1999. Amos only works with foundries, machine shops and factories that have passed our quality standards. Amos develops long term relationships with their suppliers. As we work with these factories, we learn their strengths and capabilities so that we can be confident in their ability to make your parts.
